Crystals each have their own unique vibration frequency and are used alongside Reiki to amplify healing energies. At the beginning of your session, you will intuitively pick a crystal that will be placed on your body, supporting the flow of energy and enhancing the healing process. The process promotes nervous system regulation, relaxation, decreases stress and supports the body's ability to heal itself. As Reiki energy works to align your energy centers (chakras), you may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm.
